Why buildings need a vent program
Long, hidden runs. Units in the middle of a building vent through interior walls and ceilings to an exterior wall or the roof. Nobody sees them clog.
Shared consequences. A dryer fire or a vent leak in one unit can damage the units around it. A building-wide cleaning protects everyone at once.
Uneven upkeep. When each owner handles their own vent, some get cleaned and some never do. A program puts every unit on the same schedule.
Rentals run hard. Short-term rentals wash sheets and towels after every stay. That's far more lint than a typical home makes, so rental vents need cleaning two to four times a year.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We send it to the association or management company before work starts.
Do residents need to be home?
Someone has to let us into each unit. Many buildings use the front desk, the manager or a lockbox, and we send the report afterward.
How long does a whole building take?
It depends on the number of units and the access. After the walk-through we give you a schedule.
How often should a condo building be cleaned?
Every unit at least once a year. Units with long runs to the roof, and busy rentals, usually need more.
Can you clean a vacation rental between guests?
Yes. We time the cleaning between check-out and check-in and send the owner photos and airflow numbers.
